Ashiatsu is an ancient form of massage in which I use my clean, soft, sanitized feet to apply deep pressure - Overhead bars are used for balance and control. The foot is a wide surface and gives me the ability to sink into muscle tissue more evenly and therefore much more comfortably than traditional deep tissue. Ashiatsu is especially great for relieving shoulder, back, and hip pain!

Therapeutic massage: This can be Swedish (for relaxation, circulation), Deep Tissue, Prenatal, or Trigger Point. I often incorporate several modalities in one session, depending on the client’s specific needs.
